APM Qualifications

We have a track record of delivering world class project management training to organisations. We specialise in the two most popular qualifications from the Association for Project Management.

The Project Management Qualification (PMQ) is the benchmark training and qualification for your employees who will be planning and implementing projects.
Traditionally an intensive 5-day experience including exam, because we understand projects will still be running, we can customise this around the availability of your employee cohort.

The Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) is a great introduction to project concepts, terminology and roles. This can be for any employees in the organisation.
Traditionally a 2-day course including exam. We currently have a 100% passrate for this course.

Our Principal consultants all have minimum 10 years in the corporate sector as directors, VPs, Business Transformation Programme Managers etc.  Areas of expertise include Technological solutions for business problems, Six Sigma and Lean application; customer experience optimisation and academic course design and delivery.
Qualetic operates through a Lean business model where the majority of our consultants work on an associate basis, contributing as per the specialism and scale of the client engagement or project.  This allows us to retain an extensive breadth of expertise, reach and capability, yet agile to opportunities and client needs.

All of them. So far so good!  We are happy to say that all clients have achieved their goals and more.  The only times the original goals were not met were when either external factors shifted the competitive landscape leading to revised objectives or recently when the corona virus resulted in the client’s shift in priorities.
